We want everyone to enjoy their time at Gold Coast Stadium.

All accessible seating provides a clear and easy path from your entry gate to your seat, with customer service staff on hand to assist you.

Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased directly through our ticketing provider for individuals requiring wheelchair access, companion card holders, or those needing ease of access. All events accept companion cards.

Note: You may be asked to provide permit numbers or other information to confirm your need for accessible seating.

Accessible Parking

On event days, a limited number of free accessible parking spaces are available on Stadium Drive (east side of the venue) for holders of Australian Disability Parking Permits (purple/blue).

Please note that parking for red Queensland Disability Parking Permits is not available due to limited space.

Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Ensure your permit is displayed at all times, as spot checks will be conducted to confirm that permit holders are traveling in the vehicle.

Please note: Vehicles parked in accessible spaces will have restricted movement approximately 30-40 minutes before the end of an event until up to 45 minutes after the event. This is to ensure safe egress of patrons and will be enforced by the Queensland Police Service.

Accessible Transport

We offer a free, accessible shuttle bus service from our park and ride location at Firth Park, Somerset Drive, Mudgeeraba. This service is available to disability permit holders and individuals with other accessibility needs or injuries, subject to capacity. Parking is located near the bus departure point, and low-level accessible buses are used for these trips.

In addition, all Kinetic Bus and Queensland Rail services are wheelchair accessible.
